πΏ Episode 3: From Loss to Liberation β My Story & the Birth of The MotherWay
π What happens when the mother is gone?
In this special episode, I share the most personal story of my life β the death of my mother, the grief that nearly swallowed me, and the burnout, depression, and disconnection that followed.
For many of us, this ache is all too familiar:
β¨ Feeling unseen and unsupported in grief.
β¨ Silencing yourself to belong.
β¨ Carrying shame for being βtoo muchβ or βnot enough.β
β¨ Burning out from giving until thereβs nothing left.
When no system, no family, and no elder could guide me, I began piecing together my own map β a way to tend to grief, rage, and trauma, to regulate my nervous system, and to reconnect with community and belonging.
πΏ That map became The MotherWay β a 16-week somatic, decolonised journey back to self, body, and the primordial mother within.
β¨ This episode is a raw telling of how The MotherWay was born, and why it is the balm for the pain so many of us carry.
