🌿 Episode 3: From Loss to Liberation – My Story & the Birth of The MotherWay

πŸ’” What happens when the mother is gone?

In this special episode, I share the most personal story of my life β€” the death of my mother, the grief that nearly swallowed me, and the burnout, depression, and disconnection that followed.

For many of us, this ache is all too familiar:
✨ Feeling unseen and unsupported in grief.
✨ Silencing yourself to belong.
✨ Carrying shame for being β€œtoo much” or β€œnot enough.”
✨ Burning out from giving until there’s nothing left.

When no system, no family, and no elder could guide me, I began piecing together my own map β€” a way to tend to grief, rage, and trauma, to regulate my nervous system, and to reconnect with community and belonging.

🌿 That map became The MotherWay β€” a 16-week somatic, decolonised journey back to self, body, and the primordial mother within.

✨ This episode is a raw telling of how The MotherWay was born, and why it is the balm for the pain so many of us carry.
