Why I Created This Program.
I created this pathway because Iβve lived it + run other 21 day programs which have changed lives.
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of the motherline, to navigate grief and midlife transitions, and to feel like my nervous system could no longer hold the demands of life.
For more than a decade, Iβve worked with women in trauma healing, nervous system repair, and somatic therapy. Time and again, Iβve seen how 21 days of consistent practice can shift survival patterns, restore vitality, and create lasting change.
