About Me

I’m Briony Montgomery, a Somatic Therapist, trauma-informed Practitioner, and advocate for decolonised healing practices. I’m here to help you release the pain that’s holding you back, whether it’s chronic illness, emotional trauma, self-doubt, or the wounds of the motherwound. As a mother of five, recovering perfectionist, unmothered mother I understand the complexities of trauma, the inner critic, and the healing journey.

My work integrates somatic therapy, decolonisation practices, and ancestral trauma healing to guide you back to your true self. My goal is to help you release trauma, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your power, so you can live a life that feels authentic, empowered, and whole.
