How This Works

Your nervous system is constantly responding to your environment, your history, and your relationships.

I’m Briony, registered somatic psychotherapist and founder of The Somatherapy Collective.

My work is grounded in supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, repair inherited relational patterns, and move what has been held through somatic, attachment, parts, and rage work.
