  • Your body is your root - steady, alive, ancient. Power lives in the choices you make today, even the smallest ones. Find one sensation of pleasure right now - warmth, breath, softness. Root into it and let it feed you. You are powerful. You are deserving of pleasure. You are rooted.

  • Place your feet on the earth or floor. Feel the contact. Power: You choose the pace today. Slowness is not failure. Pleasure: Sip water and notice its path. Return here when the world rushes.

  • Your no creates space for your yes. Power: Write one sentence you won’t apologise for. Pleasure: Stroke your forearm for three breaths and notice warmth. You are allowed to take up space.
