Reclaim Me Project
A Somatic Healing Pathway for Women Recovering from Coercive Control, Abuse & Relational Trauma
It begins in the body.
And it returns you to yourself.
Healing from Coercive Control, Emotional Abuse & Trauma Begins in the Body
You are not broken.
Your body remembers what it needs to heal.
Reclaim Me is a trauma-informed, somatic healing program for women who have experienced coercive control, emotional abuse, psychological harm, sexual trauma, or physical violence.
This is not a quick fix.
This is not surface-level healing.
This is long-term, body-based repair.
A return to your nervous system.
A rebuilding of your inner world.
A reclamation of your life.
For the Women Who Are Quietly Rebuilding
There is a particular kind of strength it takes to keep moving forward while everything inside of you feels undone.
To be showing up for your life, your children, your responsibilities - while your body carries exhaustion, confusion, or a quiet sense of disconnection.
You may find yourself trying to make sense of what happened in a relationship that slowly eroded your sense of self. You may be navigating separation, legal processes, or the ongoing complexity of relational dynamics that don’t end cleanly.
At the same time, something deeper may be unfolding inside you.
A constant scanning.
A loss of trust in your own voice.
Moments of overwhelm, shutdown, or emotional intensity that don’t quite make sense.
And still you keep going.
This space is for you.
You are not alone in this.
And you don’t have to do it alone anymore.
Why Healing from Coercive Control Requires a Different Approach
Coercive control is not always visible, but its impact is profound.
It lives in subtle and sustained patterns - psychological manipulation, power imbalance, emotional destabilisation, and chronic stress held within the body over time.
Slowly, and often without realising it, your nervous system adapts.
It learns to anticipate.
To brace.
To override your own instincts in order to survive.
This is why even after the relationship has changed or ended, the effects can remain.
Because this didn’t just happen in your thoughts.
It happened in your body, your nervous system, your patterns of relating, and your sense of safety.
Healing from this requires more than understanding.
It requires working with the body.
A Somatic Approach to Long-Term Healing
Reclaim Me is grounded in a trauma-informed, somatic psychotherapy approach that supports healing at the level it was experienced.
This work draws on nervous system healing, attachment and relational repair, trauma integration, and matrilineal pattern awareness - not as isolated concepts, but as a deeply interconnected process of returning to yourself.
Over time, the focus becomes less about “fixing” and more about restoring capacity.
Capacity to feel without overwhelm.
Capacity to respond rather than react.
Capacity to hold your life with more steadiness, clarity, and choice.
This is how deep, sustainable healing unfolds.
My Story
Reclaim Me was not created from theory alone.
It was lived.
I found myself rebuilding my life during one of the most complex and demanding seasons I had ever experienced—navigating prolonged relational stress, legal processes, and the responsibility of stabilising my family.
Externally, life required me to keep moving forward.
There were children to care for.
Decisions to make.
Systems to navigate.
Internally, my nervous system was overwhelmed.
There were moments of deep exhaustion, moments of holding everything together, and moments where the weight of it all felt like too much.
What changed everything was not my circumstances.
It was my capacity to meet them.
Through somatic work, I learned how to come back into my body in a way that felt safe and sustainable. I learned how to stabilise my nervous system in real time, how to move through chronic stress without collapsing, and how to rebuild a sense of internal safety that wasn’t dependent on external conditions.
I began to recognise patterns that had been shaped long before that relationship, and slowly, I was able to interrupt them.
Not perfectly.
But consistently.
And over time, that created something new.
A way of living that was grounded.
A way of parenting that was supported.
A way of relating that was no longer driven by survival alone.
Reclaim Me is the integration of that lived experience, my clinical training as a somatic psychotherapist, and years of working with women navigating similar paths. And a deep desire to share a pathway of longterm support and healing that every woman has the right to access.
This work is about rebuilding your life from the inside out.
What This Work Supports.
Reclaim Me supports women to move through the long-term effects of coercive control and relational trauma by working at the level of the nervous system and the body.
It supports the gradual unwinding of trauma held physically and emotionally, while rebuilding the internal foundations that allow for stability, clarity, and self-trust.
This includes navigating life after separation, managing the ongoing impacts of legal and relational stress, and breaking cycles that may have roots in earlier attachment wounds or intergenerational patterns.
It also honours the reality that many women are doing this work while raising children - holding both healing and responsibility at the same time.
This work meets you in that complexity.
This Is Not Just Healing. This Is Reclamation.
A return to
your body.
A reconnection
to your voice.
A rebuilding of
your boundaries.
A deepening of
your clarity.
And slowly, a capacity to feel, choose, and live differently. Everything we do is built around understanding your needs and helping you succeed - because when you thrive, so do we.

A Final Word
Healing from coercive control and long-term relational trauma is not linear.
It takes time.
It takes support.
It takes the body.
But it is possible.
And you don’t have to stay where you are.
